Shipping Policy

VistaJawns ships to anywhere within the United States of America. We utilize USPS and/or UPS for shipping. Pricing is a flat fee based on cost of goods. All delivery ranges are based on business days (weekends are not included) and are best guess estimates. VistaJawns will do everything within it's power to keep to these timelines when shipping orders. VistaJawns is not responsible for any orders delivered beyond the estimated time frame and will not be held liable for any late deliveries. 

Return & Exchange Policy

VistaJawns does not accept returns or exchanges at this time due to the customization of all products. This goes hand in hand with our refund policy. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will work with all customers to ensure the product they ordered is the product they receive within reason. VistaJawns reserves the right to determine what is reasonable when it comes to print issues reported by customers and a reprint request.

Refund Policy

VistaJawns does not process refunds at this time due to the customization of all products. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will work with all customers to ensure the product they ordered is the product they receive within reason. VistaJawns reserves the right to determine what is reasonable when it comes to print issues reported by customers and a reprint request. Customers are responsible for all final products, which will be reviewed by the customer when they receive their proofs prior to printing. VistaPrint will not be responsible for reprints for any issues not corrected during the review phase of the transaction. In these instances the customer will need to reorder their product(s) in order to receive updated versions. VistaJawns will not send any products before receiving payment in full.
